The second step is signing a listing agreement. This agreement allows me to act on your behalf and in your best interest as your agent.

Once you start receiving offers, I will review your offers with you and you can then either deny, counter-offer, or accept an offer. If you choose to accept an offer, you will then be under contract. Once you are under contract, your “legwork” is minimal. When all the terms agreed to in the contract are met, you will then close! Viola! Your home is sold!
